Type of Change
Description
We've created a design doc section in the readme, implemented styling changes, and refactored the previously used icons into svgs rather than image files..
Motivation and Context
This will allow us to create pages in the future with much less guesswork about the styling involved and how we should make things look to the user. Additionally, the refactors bring the previous styling in line with these design docs.
