Another module to integrate with Copilot
Also consider using a free alternative:
https://github.com/Exafunction/codeium.vim

Add 2 modules:

  1. Use official plugin from "github/copilot.vim"
  2. Use lua implementation from "zbirenbaum/copilot.lua"

Also add it as a cmp source to easy to choose between different suggestion

Let this open, to keep an eye on the issue zbirenbaum/copilot-cmp#5
Currently need a hack as suggested by lpoto: comment out a code line in copilot-cmp source code
