Add RewriteBody to the Traefik middlewares #15328

Another option is here, with additional features, but it still has not much activity. |
https://github.com/packruler/rewrite-body was created by me and used for the theme-park middleware support. It would be possible to create another plugin for this to be supported. I am not sure if there would be enough usage for it though. |

Is your feature request related to a problem?
For certains immutable application like some specific Jellyfin plugins (Jellyscrub) I would like to modify the page in flight during the response phase itself in order to be able to add functionality to the app.
Describe the solution you'd like
This plugin for Traefik Rewrite Body does exactly what I need to apply to that plugin using a replacement regex.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Unfortunately I can't in any alternative way modify the HTML in place, so I can't find any alternative routes to do this exact thing.
