Exception while trying to add favorite alternative languages

Steps to reproduce:

Go to Settings, add one or more alternative original languages

Results (Expected/Actual):

Exceção: null value in column "pootleprofile_id" violates not-null constraint DETAIL: Failing row contains (188, null, 28, 295).

Environment (i.e. 'pootle --version', DB, OS, Browser):

Not sure about the version. I was using Pootle while working in the portuguese translation of the Haiku operating system, at:
https://i18n.haiku-os.org/pootle/pt/
This issue has happened to me with both Safari 11.1.2 (El Capitan) and Mobile Safari in iOS 12.1.
