На экране datepicker, timepicker, textbox и кнопка "Add". datepicker и timepicker заполнены текущим датой и временем. Кнопка Add деактивирована до тех пор, пока все поля не заполнены. После того, как нажимается кнопка Add, добавляется запись в таблицу SQLite со значениями этих полей.
