Extra empty paragraphs inserted into custom HTML #56

Example:

<figure>
  <img src="image.png" alt="Image" /> 
  <figcaption>Caption</figcaption>
</figure>

gets rendered as

<figure>
  <p></p>
  <img src="image.png" alt="Image" /> 
  <p></p>
  <figcaption>Caption</figcaption>
  <p></p>
</figure>

This happens even if MarkdownInHtml is false or ExtraMode is false. In other words, I always get these extra paragraphs.
