Updating Metadata deletes All Tags

I tried adding a new field to my account metadata today and after saving I realized the whole list got deleted.

I first tried on iPadOS 17 [ios/17.0 - t/4.10.2 - m/4.1.7 - e/fbGDd1NNEYOBxd4nelD2FO] and later on my phone with iOS 16 [ios/16.6.1 - t/4.10.2 - m/4.1.7 - e/uHAuIuIWmO9nbzE6SM9dzp]. The effect was the same.
