Show extension recommendations

Feature

Show most recommended extensions in the extension center by default. For now instead of automating this based on analytics (as extension center don't have a good analytics system in place yet), this will be done manually.

• Migrate to toml for extensions record (extensions.json) #438
• create a separate recommended.toml within the extension repository
• fetch this file also with the original extensions.toml
• show the recommended content only in extensions view by default instead of showing all the extensions
• Implement the extensions searchbar #409

@shirsakm this issue wasn't well documented at the time it was created because it was only a rough idea. I will add some more useful notes to mark this as help wanted.

Hi, yes I would love to work on the issue, but I need some pointers to get started.

Firstly, is there an extensions.toml file, because I cannot seem to find it at all. Secondly, a pointer to where exactly the extensions are being displayed will be helpful.

@shirsakm pardon, I forgot to include the changes to be done to the extension manager before this issue will be worked on. I have edited this issue to include #438

There seems to be a quite an overhead on this issue. Perhaps, #438 should be worked on first. I will look into it.
