A few transparency render bugs that I've noticed. They can happen with or without shaders enabled.

  • an emissive cube or pane will not render behind or within a transparent cube or pane
  • clouds (both vanilla and shaders) will render in front of emissives but not transparents
  • transparents prevent water from rendering behind them
