don't know if this is the best place, but might be even more "basic" task-related need: be able to gather/ consolidate/ list (open) tasks from different notes in one place, either directly (some command working on tasks f.ex) or via tag embed search or similar (have seen similar in obsidian, logseq, and tana) |

I'm bumping this as I think it's a killer feature for Affine vs. competitor apps. |

Description
Lark Suite has this cool feature where you can create to-do items within pages or their wiki. After you create the to-do item, on the right hand side of the row, there is a small icon with an arrow that allows you to sync it to the Lark Tasks feature. It auto-assigns the task to you.
In the context of Affine, similar to the ability to select a line of text and convert it into a table. It would be a great feature for Affine task management to be able to take notes, create action items, and then aggregate those action items to a single page.
This would also be beneficial in the context of Decisions, or Questions, etc. So you could select a line of text, right-click, and select "Add to X table", where X table is the Decision points table, or open questions table, or tasks table, or stakeholders table, etc. That would be a nice to have but I think a fundamental feature would be the ability to push to-do items to an aggregated database on another page.
Ideally once the task was marked as complete on the database table, it would sync-back and check off the task as complete in the notes where the task originated.
Use case
This is in the context where someone's day might have multiple back-to-back meetings and they aren't able to consolidate/refactor all of their notes. Being able to view all the action items for multiple meetings in a day would, for me, be super helpful. It would also be great for collaboration because a team would be able to see all the action items identified from a meeting in a table, rather than having to review all the meeting notes.
