[MFA] Keep getting 200 status for step 2 instead of 302

Trying to implement MFA login flow.
I am able to verify the passcode but when I make the request in step 2 again after verifying, it always returns a 200 response.

Any help would be appreciated. I was following the steps here: #374

Turns out I was not sending the cookie. Had to make sure the cookie had all values from Set-Cookie header.
For example:

when you post the email/pass initially (to get back the location code= part) are you just posting what you have above (body only has transaction, and cookie doesn't have the bits about expires etc). only asking as im posting all and can't get it to do anything other than return to me the location that is identical to the one i called, not the one with location=

I got the same issue, but I'm pretty sure, that I send all cookies. I tried it with a c# applikation and with postman, but i always get the same issue.
