Trying to construct in-house database, but I have this error:

Reading metabolite information...
Reading positive MS2 data...
Reading negative MS2 data...
Reading MS2 data...
Processing...
OK.
Matching metabolites with MS2 spectra (positive)...
Matching metabolites with MS2 spectra (negative)...


Error in !unlist(lapply(spectra.neg, is.null)) : invalid argument type
