Originally reported at https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/35121 but this feels like a more appropriate place. This happened because of 9a5389d and then a lack of purge. We do have https://github.com/theforeman/foreman-infra/blob/master/puppet/modules/web/files/fastly-purge.sh and https://github.com/theforeman/foreman-infra/blob/master/puppet/modules/web/files/fastly-purge-find.sh but I suspect it doesn't work well with changing a symlink.
