The scaleio folder has combined environments for docker, mesos, and kubernetes. In an effort to clean this up for better directed efforts, the components for Docker will be broken out into a new folder called docker-rexray. This will include:

  • installation of Docker
  • installation and configuration of REX-Ray
  • include a flag for configuring Docker Swarm
  • include a flag for optionally installing ScaleIO, will be installed by default.
  • If flag for ScaleIO installation is set to false, then REX-Ray will be configured to use local virtuabox volumes. This will remove the need for the rexray vagrant folder by combining these two.
  • all documentation needs to be updated to reflect changes
