Can't retrieve server repository through FTP connection #1095
Comments
Hi. Thanks for the reporting this issue. Try the reload button located at the bottom of the file explorer. We are working on a new implementation of FTP to improve the stability and performance. |
Hi, |
@oli425 Thanks for letting me know. I will take a look at this. |
Thanks for your follow up and feedback. I bought this app especially for this FTP feature. |
@oli425 I set up an OVH Cloud web hosting server for testing and cannot reproduce your issue. Make sure you selected the file explorer tab after connecting to the server. |
@bummoblizard Thank you for your answer. I tried again and it remains unsuccessful for me. The connection to the FTP server is established but when clicking on the file explorer, it's empty. |
I might see the problem here. Can you try not including :22 in the url? Try ftp.cluster010.hosting.ovh.net only. |
I tried and it works only for the FTP connection. Thank you very much for your help ! |
Hi there,
I'm a new user to Code App. I'm trying to edit code from my website through a FTP connection. The FTP connection is successful but I can't see any content once connected : no files, no folders.
Im' using Code App 1.7.4 Build 278
When I connect from my laptop with FileZilla and the exact same parameters, it works, I can access all files and folders.
Could someone please help me ?
Many thanks!
