When creating app using:

rails new app_name -a propshaft --css=tailwind --database=postgresql --skip-jbuilder -T --template=base_app_template/template_by_github.rb

Getting an error:

The template [/base_app_template/template_by_github.rb] could not be loaded. Error: No such file or directory @ rb_sysopen - spec/rails_helper.rb

Because rspec_template.rb applies before

rails_command "g rspec:install"
