Add the ability to delete lists

Summary

Users might make a mistake when creating a list or may no longer need a list that was previously created. Allowing them to delete lists will help them keep their lists tidy.

Acceptance criteria

• Add a 'delete' button next to each list name that allows users to remove a list

Notes

It might be helpful to add a dialog pop-up that requires the user to confirm if they really want to delete the list.
