Add TF-DF to conda-forge

It would be great to have TF-DF in conda-forge. In some fields (in my case, bioinformatics), having a tool available to install via Conda is a must and this is preventing me (and more people, I'm sure) to depend on TF-DF.

The build system is quite complex, so I'm not sure if I can write a recipe for it, but I created this issue to track the demand and the feasibility of a conda-forge build.

Thanks for letting us know @apcamargo, if this is useful I definitely adding it to our TODO list -- and I'll leave this open as an enchancement.
