Integrate results with tkn

as we already have hub integrated with tkn as a plugin we can do the same with results.
Currently, the results cli is developed and maintained in results repo as tkn-results.
Or We can discuss it in this issue ✌️

Use case

Currently, we have list command with tkn-result.
But we can think of multiple use cases like exporting the result to a new taskrun/pipelinerun.
Compare, verify/check the a result.
Open for discussion to have more features.
