I do not see a way to configure an Isochronous interface to have 0 endpoints for bAlternateSetting of 0 and then 1+ endpoint(s) for bAlternateSetting of 1 -- this is common/expected USB behavior for most Isochronous devices.

Let me know if I'm missing something
