Menubar Icon should reflect if KiWings is running or not

2 things I wish to see in this feature:

• User should be able to easily see if KiWings is running or not with menubar icon itself. (Maybe do it with SF symbols)
• Option + click on menubar button should switch KiWings from stopped to running and vice versa. (Saves a click)

Option + click on menubar button switches KiWings from stopped to running and vice-versa (code pushed to main branch). Looked at this tweet again to clear my head:

I was today years old when I learned you can option + click on the time on your mac and it will toggle Do Not Disturb mode... 🤯

Icon goals: Should be obvious for both stopped and running states, and should render nicely in both light and dark color schemes.
