Cascad select in multi or single select

some time there is need for cascade select when dealing with data , such as selecting a country in the first column , and in the score column only show the related city for that country , and when selecting the city , showing only the related district to that city , building a cascade option need a flexible logic option so the user can semi-code the cascade column
