✨ Add a feedback form to events

💫 Description
It would be nice to have a feedback form for events automatically sent out to attendants who have registered with the QR-code sign-in process. Perhaps a set of default questions could be set up in the forms such as "On a scale from 1 to 5, how would you rate this event

💬 Additional thoughts
One could take this a few steps further and add summaries for the feedback such as bar charts for each question, a summary of the comments, etc. Which would be an easy improvement space where new students could contribute to TD's webpage.

Further along, you could add support for custom questions and more.

Having this type of feedback automatically set up means TD can be more forward leaning and provide feedback on events to companies that hold events at TD and more 💯
