With release of Next 15 turbopack is becoming the new default for dev builds.
Unfortunatelly, this package only works with webpack.

withRoutes wrapper function should provide both webpack and turbopack configs.

However, I'm not sure if it is possible at the moment, as turbopack does not have plugins support yet.
