Add greater precision to TAHO and VeTAHO in the wallet

What were you trying to do?

In testing tahowallet/dapp#692, I noticed that the wallet doesn't show more than 2 digits after the decimal for TAHO and VeTAHO. So we can stake or unstake at much finer precision but the wallet doesn't show it. Since we we're modifying the dapp to show this precision, I thought maybe we should do the same for the wallet so I'm logging this so it doesn't get lost in my comment on the other PR. And if we don't want to do the same in the wallet then we can just close it.
