These plots involve +PD1 simulations. However, they look like the published -PD1 results. Perhaps the original figures are labeled incorrectly?

Review the original publication, curation notes, and SED-ML
From the curation notes, determine what the SED-ML was intended to produce
Modify the SED-ML and/or curation notes (to be downloaded to this repo in Add curators notes and images #103) so they are aligned
Any changes to SED-ML should be saved to the manual-fixes subdirectory
Commit changes to this repository
