Create a prepopulated docker image with contracts and setup a docker-compose setup to enable
testing.

Implementation details

Docker-compose should consist of:

light client
preopulated contract execution environment
mocked prover (or real one if fast enough)
spectre node

Testing details

simple E2E test

Acceptance Criteria

we can test the node E2E
