BUG: footer year out of date

Describe the bug
on mobile view, the date on the footer is 2023 which is outdated

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any page on the website on a mobile device
2. Scroll down to footer
3. See the wrong year at the bottom

Expected behavior
I would expect the year to reflect the current year and preferably refresh automatically each year.
