Create a new Gallery Page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
SWECC has taken photos of meetings throughout the past 2 years that the club has been active. That's enough photos to create a gallery page on the website.

Describe the solution you'd like
Design and implement a gallery page on our website. Users should be able to navigate to a brand new gallery page. Each photo should indicate a date and name of event. Feel free to get creative with CSS, but come up with a design that fits the existing website theme.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Photos can be displayed as a carousel, grid, or any design you wish.

Additional context
You are required to design and implement the page. Consider the user flow of the website. Can the users navigate to this page from another page on the website (i.e. homepage, navbar, drop down, etc.)? If you need to create an issue for a sub-problem (i.e. adding a button from the nav bar to navigate to the gallery page) then double check with @shiinasugioka and create an issue on GitHub.

Designs must get approval before being implemented. Recommended to work with multiple people.

Hi Shina,
I haven't made any progress so far. I thought I would have more time this quarter to work on this, but I didn't. If you need to, you can assign someone else to this issue!
