The CSS is in the repository: https://github.com/sunpy/sunpy-sphinx-theme/tree/main/src/sunpy_sphinx_theme/theme/sunpy

Or this is infact a bug upstream in the core theme: https://github.com/pydata/pydata-sphinx-theme

We would need to figure that out first.
