[Request] Create a "hide" or "blank option" in Tab name align and Cost Icon Location to leave the card name and cost blank for custom fan cards.

I make a lot of custom cards. I have them all sleeved and I would like to keep things consistent across the official, fan created, and my fan created card storage. If the tab only included the background banner and blank cost coin I could use a fine point marker to write the card name and cost in.

EDIT: Well I created my own. Other's may still like this option implemented, but I no longer need it. Thanks for all the hard work.
