Voice channel creator / Autochannels

Let users join a special voice channel which creates then a temp voice channel for them, move them there and give them permission to manage their channel. It is a bit like old school ts3

There are already lots of autochannel bots... Maybe looking at their code would simplify the implementation

Wouldn't be hard to implement anyway i guess

you have to keep track of all the tmp channels and account for discord api errors... I wouldn't solely rely on discords api for deleting the channels but set a 30min check timer to see if the channel still exitsts and if there are users connected to it
