Add note piemenu opening behind the keyboard causing accessibility issue #4051

Current Behavior

The "Add Note" pie menu on the music keyboard opens behind the keyboard rather than in front, making it seem as though the menu did not open.

Desired Behavior

The add note menu should either open at the front of the music keyboard or in a location that ensures it remains visible to the user providing easy access and visibility.
