How to access ctx(current user) in an operation hook without using currentContext ?

As the doc saying currentContext is not stable and we are removing it in v3, then how can I do things like access ctx(current user) in an operation hook?

I'v read the doc and searched the issues here, still, waiting for a more official advice I think.
