Feature Request: List teams in an organization

Problem Statement

As a user, I should be able to list all the teams in the Terraform Cloud/Enterprise organization. In terms of the output, I'd want to see:

• Team name
• Team ID
• Organization permissions found here
• Members

We may want to be able to query for a specific member to understand what team(s) they belong to?

The command should be tfx teams list to list all teams. The command to showcase the member(s) that belong to a team should be something like tfx teams list --search memberA
