[FEATURE] Real terminal integration

By inspecting the source code, I have found Devika is not really using terminal behind the scene, which hinders its ability to fully utilize the terminal.

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

I would like to introduce you to a new fully capable and asynchronous terminal agent environment. Here are some of its features.

You can see the position of the cursor, the range of the selected text.

You can also capture a screenshot of the terminal with cursor denoted in red.

Grayscale augmented terminal gives high contrast to the red cursor, making the agent easier to locate it.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Wait for OpenDevin made their milestone achieved or the original Devin being open source.
