Update examples for LFRic as partition_type has an additional parameter #2824

LFRic apps ticket 152 and Core 4360 added a new parameter to the call to the partition_type:

Eg:

partition = partition_type( global_mesh_ptr,  &
	                    partitioner_ptr,  &
	                    xproc, yproc,     &
	                    stencil_depth,    &
                            generate_inner_haloes,    &
	                    local_rank, total_ranks )

Otherwise examples may fail at HoT LFRic Core.
