Add Ironsworn / Starforged tables

Ironsworn is a CC-BY-NC-SA licensed TTRPG designed to allow GM-less solo and coop play and has a good deal of oracle tables to shape the narrative that have been collected already in JSON format under https://github.com/rsek/datasworn

The scifi variant Ironsworn: Starforged that has been very successful in Kickstarter has also recently been worked on in another repo under the same format (though Starforge is not final yet, until 2022): https://github.com/rsek/dataforged

I was wondering if these would be suitable for addition or if the license is not permissive enough.
