Installs 68 ESR, not 52, so broken. #1

This installed 68.5.0esr, which does not support Java plugins.

It's possible to use the cding PPA from here https://launchpad.net/~cding/+archive/ubuntu/firefox-esr-52

Just rebuild the docker image.
