After running 'airsonos' I can find my sonos but it isn't showing up in the Mac Os High Sierra audio output list

Similar issue here. It shows up and works from my iPhone (after applying this patch #316 (comment)), but it doesn't show at all as an audio option on my 10.13.3 MacBook Pro
