What problem does your feature solve?

assert test coverage/passing on soroban v20.0.0 versions of components once released: core, rpc, quickstart, js-stellar-sdk

What would you like to see?

once v20.0.0 versions of components once released: core, rpc, quickstart, js-stellar-sdk, am able to build system-test image with git source tags to those component versions and running tests should pass.

What alternatives are there?

we triaged some issues and were able to resolve, there were some changes required in system-test to use latest interfaces of components for v20 - #87
