CURL Request Timeout Issue

This error is triggered when the application retrieves ODK submissions from ODK central.

Considering tape-data-system Ethiopia all surveys have been retrieved to application long ago. There should be no new submissions to be retrieved. Suppose there is no impact made by this error.

I would keep monitoring to see whether this error will happen again.
