standard notes privacy in the AI era

Hi - I've been thinking about which devices I want to access my notes with the AI era. I really don't want my notes to digested by a LLM.

On apple devices, would you use the app or access in the browser or don't access on an apple device? I guess this is really a question about apple intelligence; for me I don't want an AI in my notes.

On windows 11, I guess same question = app, browser or none.
