Switch biometric authentication and password around

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have over 15 apps on my phone, and all of them ask me first for my password, then for biometrics/2FA. Your Android app on the other hand, first demands biometrics, then password. This stands out like a sore thumb.

Describe the solution you'd like
When opening the app, I want to first be asked for the password, then biometrics.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Microsoft has this cool feature that allows you to delete your password, and when you enter your email, their authenticator app prompts you to select 1 of 3 numbers, and then asks for biometrics.
I don't actually expect you to implement this, I just wanted to write something here.
