🐛 Describe the bug

I am new to this but to but basically when I press the play button nothing happens.

I used gekiyaku and tried playing around with the notes

You can grab a log file from the Help > Open Logs Location menu option (grab the newest one).
Use the little paperclip option to attach the file instead of copy pasting the contents manually please !!

Also, OS is Windows, Mac, Chrome OS, etc... If you don't know, your logs have the information so it's not critical.

I'm on Windows 11, just downloaded OpenUTAU, I tried latest stable and latest beta, only to find the same result. Everything seems to be totally working, just that playback doesn't do anything. It's not like it was an audio problem because I can hear the test tonality fine, and the little sine wave used as a note preview on the piano roll can be heard too.

Do you have cmudict_fr.txt downloaded and in your Dictionaries folder? Alys DS has a hard requirement for it, and for some reason it's having trouble finding the relevant path/file.
