Binary artifacts in examples/WatchFaces directories obsolete #224

prior commit in 2021 added binary artifacts to the examples directory. They have not been updated since

they are now available as assets on the releases page

https://github.com/sqfmi/Watchy/releases

they should be removed (and documented as to how to use them?)
