What steps will reproduce the problem?

When I start spyder up, after a few seconds, the update windows comes up, When I click update now, it instantly goes to the internal problem dialouge

To do that, please close Spyder, open the Anaconda Prompt (on Windows) or a terminal (on macOS or Linux) and run there
