Option to export/import user workspaces (settings, columns and layout)

Unless there's a way to remotely store users workspaces, an extra option to export/import such workspaces would be a nice feature when moving Tokimeki across devices or browsers.

The exported configuration should include:

• The name of the current workspace
• The layout preferences (colors, etc)
• Mute words
• Moderation settings
• Language settings
• Every individual columns settings

So basically everything that's already present in what's defined as a "workspace", and could be exported/imported as an XML or a JSON file.
