My personal life-long goal is to develop, support, and promote free open source software alternatives to closed ecosystems and vendor lock-in systems.

I view the role of technology to automate any tedius work and thus help people be more productive in achieving their goals and always studied IT and computers in pursuit of that ideal.

The user experience and compatibility takes precedence above all else for me which convinces me that copyleft open source software is the future of all software and best for all users given enough time. Open source software allows for people to build on the work of others instead of having to reinvent the wheel, as is typical in proprietary systems. High compatibility goes hand in hand with that.
