Reaching this sponsorship goal will allow us to justify dedication of significantly more time to insure all projects are adequately maintained. Up until now only organizationally prioritized projects are maintained on an ad-hoc basis. By reaching this goal not only will we be able schedule to time to keep track of high priority projects, but also insure all other projects are maintained in a stable state, or deprecated where appropriate.
